Our line of fine basecoat, exterior, preblended and color-matched products are available in 50–90 pound bags.
PREMIER UNO
THE IDEAL STUCCO BASECOAT
Overview
- Exclusive single-coat formulation for superior results
- Pre-blended for a consistent, reliable mix that can’t be achieved on-site
- Cures as one layer to minimize cracking over time
- Assures uniform color and less chance of mottling. You can also count on UNO’s ideal amount of suction when paired with our colored Premier Exterior Stucco Finish
- Prep in a continuous or standard mixer at the jobsite. Mixes faster than other brands.
- Formulated for single-pass scratch and brown applications at 7/8” thickness; eliminating the typical 7-day delay between coats
- Requires a smaller team of applicators. Uno is unique – requires only a one-coat application, saving you time and money on the job site.
- Specifically formulated for spray applications, but also suitable for hand application. Because Premier UNO is more cohesive than job site-mixed plaster, material loss due to fall-out and spray-back is minimized.
- Premier UNO is less prone to fallouts, maximizing yield per bag and leading to less jobsite waste

Average coverage is 1.5 square yards per 90-lb. bag, however final results are affected by the method of application, conditions of surface and the desired texture.

PREMIUM EXTERIOR STUCCO
Overview
- Premium quality Portland Cement based color coat finish for exterior surfaces
- Proprietary formulation that’s factory-prepared using raw ingredients that meet or exceed
ASTM specifications - Can be either gun- or hand-applied
- Premixed or base and color pack system
- Prepared in any standard color from our color chart or can be custom color- matched upon request.

Premier Multi-Bond
PRIMING, ADHERING AND FINISHING
Overview
- Our polymer-modified cementitious product designed for use in priming, adhering
and finish coating foam shapes used in architectural exterior decorative trim. - Thoroughly pre-blended requiring only the addition of potable water to achieve a
high bonding and high impact resistant base coat - Excellent workability and application
- Can be mixed in a mechanical mixer or with a drill mixer
- Can be used to both stick the foam shape to the base coat and coat the foam shape
as well - Sand formulation for Level Coat and imbedded fiber mesh-tape
- Minimum applied thickness of 1/8”
- Three different sand formulations: Regular – (used for everything), Fine, and 221
- Application for all – leveling, embedding of fiber mesh tape (use over UNO to control cracking on high -end work or repair walls that are cracked.)

Premier Piedra
REGULAR & FINE PIEDRA
Overview
- Our proprietary, polymer-modified limestone coating that yields an architectural
stone finish that combines the strength and beauty of natural limestone with the
convenience of field-applied finishes. - Exterior or interior uses developed to provide the look and feel of quarried stone
without the weight or costs of natural quarried stone – such as interior or exterior
door surrounds, fireplaces, driveway overlayments, patio decks, wainscoats,
countertops, foam plant-ons. - Highly compressive, flexural and tensile strengths allows for use surfaces and textures that are limited only by one’s imagination.
- Can be mixed in a mechanical mixer or with an electric drill.
Compostion
Raw materials meet or exceed the following:
- Portland Type I-II Cement ASTM C150
- Limestone
- Graded aggregates
- Powder dispersible copolymer – same as our Multi-Bond
Coverage
One 50-lb bag will cover approx. 16sq. ft. @ 3/8” thickness

Natural color is off-white, but can be integrally colored or colored by the addition of a color pack

PVP 3000
PREMIER VENEER PLASTER
Overview
- Our new generation of veneer plaster that adds cost-efficiency through workability to the many current advantages of veneer plaster.
- Unlike T&T (Tape and Texture), PVP 3000 doesn’t need sanding or waiting for the intermediate curing process. Starting with hung drywall, PVP 3000 is a one-day process and can be left natural, integrally colored, or painted in one coat.
- Hard, dense, durable finish and more damage-resistant
- Standard production drywall and trim, just as with T&T
- Standard trim is used just as with T&T
- Can also be used to coat interior foam plant-on shapes
- Mixes with potable water and remains workable for 3/4 to 1 hour. Application is by machine or hawk and trowel for slick-smooth to heavy finishes
- Excellent single-coat results
- Water-based paints may be applied as soon as two days after the veneer plaster application
- Long in-pot life, buttery, machine mixable and can be sprayed on
- PVP 3000 is also suitable for application over the interior side of unit masonry or concrete walls
- Can be applied thicker than 1/8” when desired; adaptable to any high production application technique
- Unlike gypsum veneers, PVP lends itself to be used in bathrooms and kitchens and bathrooms throughout the home due to its Portland Cement base.
