Our Story

To build a lasting American Dream, it takes the strength of concrete and the experience of “Coke” Rios. (His name was Refugio – ‘Cuco’ is a common nickname in Mexico) His vision for a thriving family business began in 1957 while working at a stucco supply company serving the fast-growing San Jose area.

Encouraged by the success of the first company he worked for, Coke established King Stucco in 1965 to provide direct sales of his expanding line of quality stucco and cement products to meet the construction needs of Northern California. As the business grew, he brought family members in to contribute their technical know-how and business management skills. Today, our family business that started with our grandfather’s guts and dedication has grown to be a statewide and regional (Oregon, California, Washington, Nevada, Texas and Montana) stucco and plaster supply leader to residential and commercial contractors. We will always stand behind our services and catalog of construction products.

Quality stucco is his passion, so Manny brings his in-depth experience when checking in with clients and reviewing job sites. Tired of 50 shades of gray? Manny also knows colors and how they can take a stucco finish or cement restoration to the next level. El también habla español con fluidéz.
